Moab Rim takes you to the edge and you’ll be mesmerized the entire ride of this awe inspiring trail! It begins off of Kane Creek road, immediately climbing up the slickrock with numerous off camber ledges and stair steps. The first mile of continuous climbing to reach the top of the mesa is the intense section of trail, but you will be rewarded with the best view in town from the overlook. The rest of the trail isn’t as nerve racking as you’re no longer on the cliff edge, but the entertaining ledges and smaller slickrock climbs continue. Towards the end, you’ll find a wickedly fun sand hill which will offer nearly endless entertainment for the speed demons in the group. The end of the road offers a second overlook of Spanish Valley and the La Sal mountains. There are two trail choices for the ride back to the first overlook. From there, you will carefully pick your line down the slickrock while looking out over the Colorado River and down Kane Creek road.
